At Houseofevery, every product is made with care and quality. As most of our products are made-to-order, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product, size, or color.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products that have been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If a replacement is preferred and available, we may send a replacement instead of issuing a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible because each item is made specifically for your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Houseofevery.
